Cancellation Policy

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

Cancellations made between 90 days and 4 weeks before the wedding will incur a charge of 50% of the remaining balance.

Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the wedding are non-refundable.

Transport and set up​

Do you deliver and set up the wedding cake?

Yes. We handle delivery and complete any final on-site adjustments to ensure your wedding cake looks perfect on your special day.

Is delivery included?

Delivery is included if your venue is within 20 miles of our location. For venues over20 miles, we charge 50p per mile.

​

Do you provide a cake stand, knife, or table props?

No. We do not supply these items. Please arrange stands, knives, or decorative props with your caterer or wedding planner.​​

Ingredients & Quality

What kind of ingredients do you use?

We use only premium fresh ingredients, free range eggs and organic flour.

Can you create dark-coloured buttercream?

We prefer to use minimal high-quality food colouring, so we cannot provide dark buttercream unless they's achieved naturally - such as with our dark chocolate

Allergen & Special Diets

Do you provide allergens information?

Yes. Your venue will receive a full list allergens for your cake. Please note that we work in a small kitchen where allergens are present, so we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free.

​Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?

Unfortunately, we don't offer cakes tailored to special dietary requirements (such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, etc.). If you have specific allergies or intolerance, please consider this carefully before placing an order.​
